Abacus alpha — AI platforms & business automation

My consulting work with Abacus alpha and Transform2Scale has focused on applying AI to practical business workflows. Contributions have ranged from agent architecture and orchestration to email and calendar automation, enterprise integrations, and reliability improvements.

I work with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate technical approaches, and turn evolving specifications into implementable solutions.

Agentify OS explores how AI agents can be described, discovered, coordinated, and connected to applications. The platform architecture brings together application interfaces, orchestrators, agent registration, and shared standards for communication and oversight.

My contributions included agent architecture and specifications, registration workflows, manifest validation, orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, and multi-agent testing. I also worked on retrieval-augmented generation and document-retrieval experimentation.

The work combined technical analysis with implementation: defining agent behavior and interfaces, exploring coordination between agents, and testing how retrieved information could support useful workflows.

Across related projects, I developed email and calendar automation involving Gmail/IMAP and Microsoft Graph/Outlook, attachment and PDF processing, vector embeddings, conversational workflows, and automated rules.

Additional work included business-rule lifecycle management, approvals, audit logging, synchronization, and collaboration-platform integrations. Microsoft Teams agent work covered current-state analysis, implementation, automated call participation, testing, and refinement.

Reliability improvements included authentication modernization, user-scoping protections, synchronization changes, and backward-compatible migrations.

TenderMaster is a Lovable proof of concept developed as part of my Abacus alpha consulting work. It brings together public-tender discovery in Europe, AI processing against company-specific criteria, and an automated application workflow for matching opportunities.

The concept addresses a practical business task: finding relevant opportunities and determining which fit a company’s requirements. Its workflow moves from fetching public tenders to evaluating their fit, then supports automated applications for matching tenders within the proof-of-concept scope.
