I’m Erich Schindler, a software developer and freelance technology consultant working across enterprise applications, AI automation, and practical business solutions.

My experience includes full-stack Java development, ServiceNow workflows and integrations, and consulting on AI-agent platforms and business automation. I enjoy connecting the business problem with the technical implementation: understanding what people need, clarifying the workflow, and building something useful and maintainable.

Before moving into enterprise software, I co-founded and operated food-and-beverage ventures in Taipei and worked in cultural exchange and education. Those experiences gave me a practical perspective on operations, people, and communication across cultures. My work as a Relief House Parent at Milton Hershey School adds another perspective on supporting people and understanding how an organization works beyond its software.

I aim to be an approachable collaborator who communicates clearly across technical and nontechnical groups. Outside work, I enjoy sci-fi, reading, chess, CrossFit, soccer, travel, and time with my wife and children.
